1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: Next business day (order must be placed before 12 PM EST)
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We offer free standard shipping on orders above a qualifying threshold (displayed at checkout).
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your shipment in real time.
5. Domestic Shipping
We currently ship to all 50 US states. Delivery times may vary for remote or rural areas.
6. International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand our shipping coverage in the future.
