Return Window

Eligibility Conditions

• Items must have all original tags attached.
• Items must be in their original packaging.
• Customised or altered items are not eligible for return.
• An unboxing video is compulsory. Customers must record a clear, uninterrupted video while opening (unboxing) the delivered package. Returns will only be accepted if a valid unboxing video is provided as proof. Without an unboxing video, no return request will be processed.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery of the returned item.

Sale & Discounted Products Policy
